Product Introduction

	Counter-Ejector Section ⊙ Adopt photoelectric switch to count accurately. ⊙Three sets of servo molors constitute the accurate counting and accumlation output function under operation ⊙Servo controlled high speed separating rod ensures counting and stacking as required.  ⊙Pneumatic auxiliary board receiving rod is adopted to make the carton stacking more smooth. ⊙Pneumatic pushing mechanism discharges the stacked carton neatly.  ⊙The strong wind pressure device prevents the carton from lifting up when output from the folding section ensuring the stackingis neat and the direction of the vent can be deflected at will. ⊙The rear bafle part can be adiusted electrically automatically or manually) back and forth according to the size of the board. ⊙Equipped with cushion rubber pads to reduce the impact on the edoe of the carton at hih sneed and prevent the carton frombuing danaged.  ⊙The upper and lower conveyor belts output the whole bundle of cartons synchronously. ⊙The position of upper conveyor belts in the height direction is automatically (or manually) adjusted by the liting mechanism, andthe eight changes accordingly according to the quantity setting of cartons per bundle.  ⊙The output section can move left and right as a whole to ensure that the carton always falls in the center of the machine.
	Folding Section ⊙ Adjustable constant etmperature glue system.The front conveyor belt of the folding section is electrically adjusted by the upper and lower conveyor belts sandwiching the cardboard forward, The feeding entrance gap and the upper and lower belt gap are automatically adjusted. ⊙Linked control, Multiple chip removal system. ⊙The pressure wheel of the board entrance is spring loaded, And the limit device can independently adjust the gap between each pressure wheel and the lower folding beam. ⊙The section body is composed of left & right & lower beams, Strong rigidity and good stability, Suitabel for machine high speed running. ⊙In order to ensure folding accuracy,A side crimping device is installed,the side crimping wheel is designed and installer at the folding line on both sides to ensutre the absolute accuracy of the secondary crimping. ⊙The rear conveyor belt of the folding section adopts vacuum suction belt to transport the board to prevent the slip and differential formation of fish tailer. ⊙The lower folding belt is instaled in the section, the speed can be adiusted separetely by the servo motor and the folding of thecarton is rubbed to avoid fish tailer.
