Paper feed unit

⊙ Multi-servo, pressure-free leading-edge paper feeding ensures zero damage to cardboard strength.
⊙ Multi-row brushes and blowers remove paper dust from the cardboard surface.
⊙ It can feed paper continuously or one sheet at a time, and is equipped with industrial air conditioning to ensure greater stability of the electrical servo system.

Printing unit

⊙ Paperboard is conveyed using a paper-guiding shaft (with a self-locking paper feed roller for rapid movement).
⊙ The printing phase is adjusted via a servo motor, and the machine is equipped with quick plate mounting, rapid job changeover, automatic cleaning, and automatic inking functions.
⊙ Optional imported-brand doctor blade ink delivery system: the doctor blade chamber is made of a special non-metallic material that never rusts.

Grooving unit

⊙ Single-axis, double-blade grooving; the box height features an internal-tooth design, preventing oil and grime from contaminating the cardboard. (Optional)

Die-cutting unit

⊙ Die-cutting unit rubber pad roller speed‑difference compensation device (independently driven rubber pad roller): Ensures that the linear velocity of the rubber pad roller remains synchronized with the main machine’s speed, maintaining consistent die‑cut dimensions, with a compensation range of ±3 mm.
⊙ Six-axis, high pre-press servo dual-mode operation; fully computer-controlled plateless die-cutting (optional).
⊙ Eight-axis, high‑preload three‑press line with servo‑driven dual‑mode operation; fully computerized, plate‑free die‑cutting (optional).

Gluing Unit

⊙ Equipped with the latest-generation adhesive‑spraying system, it requires no setup and automatically tracks and applies adhesive with non‑contact precision.
⊙ The adhesive‑spraying system is environmentally friendly, eliminates concerns about glue leakage or overflow, minimizes waste, and offers easier maintenance and adjustment.

Folding Pre-pressing Unit

⊙ The machine features a belt-driven conveying system, ensuring more stable paper feeding.
⊙ Fully synchronized belt transmission for higher precision.
⊙ Servo‑controlled multi‑channel forming wheels deliver higher precision and greater stability, ensuring superior forming results.
⊙ The front conveyor of the folding unit advances the cardboard sandwiched between the upper and lower belts; the paper‑feed gap is electrically adjustable, and the gap between the upper and lower belts is automatically regulated.
⊙ Pre‑pressing adjustment: The upper and lower rollers feature an adjustable gap for pre‑pressing, capable of folding cartons with paper thicknesses ranging from 1 to 8 mm. Equipped with a graduated dial for convenient fine-tuning, it also supports direct input via the touchscreen to enable automatic adjustments.

Counting Output Unit

⊙ Employs precision photoelectric switch technology for output.
⊙ Composed of five sets of servo motors, it delivers precise counting and accumulated output during operation.
⊙ Servo-controlled high-speed separating rods ensure counting and stacking as required.

Discharge unit

⊙ The height, orientation, and position of the upper and lower conveyor belts are automatically adjusted by a lifting mechanism; the height varies accordingly based on the number of cartons per bundle.
⊙ The rear guard plate automatically adjusts forward and backward according to the cardboard specifications and is equipped with cushioning rubber pads to reduce impact on the carton edges during high-speed output, thereby preventing damage to the cartons.
⊙ The discharge section can be moved left and right as a whole, ensuring that cartons always land in the center of the machine.
