Paper feed unit

⊙ Multi-servo, pressure-free front‑edge paper feeding ensures zero damage to cardboard strength, delivering higher precision and smoother operation.
⊙ Multiple rows of brushes and blowers remove paper dust from the cardboard surface, enhancing print quality; equipped with an automatic protection device for the main motor, ensuring the machine cannot start or operate unless all components are securely locked.
⊙ Supports continuous or single-sheet paper feeding, and comes standard with industrial air conditioning to ensure more stable operation of electrical and servo systems.

Printing unit

⊙ It employs vacuum suction to convey cardboard, with the paper‑feeding roller surface made of ceramic material, offering excellent wear resistance, durability, and an extended service life.
⊙ The printing phase is driven and adjusted by a servo motor, featuring quick plate mounting, rapid job changeover, automatic cleaning, and automatic inking, ensuring simple and efficient operation.
⊙ Optional imported‑brand doctor blade ink‑delivery system: the doctor blade chamber is made of a special non‑metallic material that never rusts and is easy to clean; the blade can be quickly replaced (optional).
⊙ Each printing unit can be equipped with a compact infrared drying system to automatically dry the ink, thereby enhancing the quality of the printed output (optional).

Grooving unit

⊙ Single-axis, double-knife slotting; the box height features an internal-tooth design, preventing oil and grime from contaminating the cardboard (optional).
⊙ The pre‑press roller, line‑pressing roller, and grooving cutter holder are all laterally adjustable; with full‑servo, one‑button machine setup, it delivers precision, stability, and speed.
⊙ The dual‑destruction wheel grooving unit is equipped with a high‑pressure wire‑pressing mechanism, delivering flawless wire‑pressing performance.
⊙ The upper creasing roller is coated with urethane, preventing damage to the cardboard; its multi‑stage creasing ensures excellent box‑forming results.

Die-cutting unit

⊙ Die-cutting unit rubber pad roller speed‑difference compensation device (independently driven rubber pad roller): dynamically matches the rubber pad roller speed to the main machine line speed, ensuring consistent die‑cut dimensions, with a compensation range of ±3 mm.
⊙ Six-axis, high pre-press servo dual-mode operation; fully computer-controlled plateless die-cutting (optional).
⊙ Eight-axis, high‑preload three‑press line with servo‑driven dual‑mode operation; fully computerized, plate‑free die‑cutting (optional).
