    Paper feed unit

    ⊙ Multi-servo, pressure-free front-edge paper feeding ensures zero damage to cardboard strength.
    ⊙ Multiple rows of brushes and blowers remove paper debris from the cardboard surface.
    ⊙ It can feed paper continuously or one sheet at a time, and is equipped with industrial air conditioning to ensure greater stability of the electrical servo system.

    Printing unit

    ⊙ Uses vacuum suction to convey cardboard.
    ⊙ The printing phase is adjusted via a servo motor, featuring quick plate mounting, rapid job changeover, automatic cleaning, and automatic inking. Operation is simple and fast, enabling plate changes without stopping the machine.

    Grooving unit

    Die-cutting unit

    ⊙ Die-cutting unit rubber pad roller speed‑difference compensation device (independently driven rubber pad roller): Ensures that the linear speed of the rubber pad roller remains synchronized with the main machine’s speed, maintaining consistent die‑cut dimensions, with a compensation range of ±3 mm.
    ⊙ Six-axis, high pre-press servo dual-mode operation; fully computer-controlled plateless die-cutting (optional).
    ⊙ Eight-axis, high‑preload three‑roller servo system with dual operating modes; fully computer‑controlled, plate‑free die cutting (optional).
